I have to admit I do crave a nice warm grilled cheese sandwich from time to time but I hate the calories in gluten-free bread!
A friend recently forwarded the link to the video clip below and the title alone made me curious. After viewing the video, the cauliflower replacement for bread doesn’t seem like such a bad idea. After all, many of you have already seen cauliflower and zucchini used as a gluten-free replacement for pizza crust. Further, not only does this recipe eliminate carbs and gluten but it also reduces some of the extra calories that come with gluten-free bread. You can use low fat cheese or vegan dairy free cheese if you choose. What do you think?
